Anthony David „Ant” McPartlin jest jedną częścią angielskiego duetu komediowego i prezenterów telewizyjnych Ant & Dec, drugą jest Declan Donnelly. Zyskał rozgłos w dziecięcym serialu dramatycznym Byker Grove oraz jako jedna część popowej grupy muzycznej PJ & Duncan. Od tamtej pory Ant & Dec odnieśli ogromny sukces jako prezenterzy telewizyjni, prowadząc programy takie jak SMTV Live, Friends Like These, Pop Idol, Britain's Got Talent, I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, PokerFace i Push the Button. Wrócili także do aktorstwa, grając w filmie z 2006 roku Alien Autopsy.
