Declan Joseph Oliver „Dec“ Donnelly (ur. 25 września 1975) to jedna połowa angielskiej aktorskiej i telewizyjnej duetu Ant & Dec, drugą połowę stanowi Anthony McPartlin. Zyskał rozgłos w serialu dla dzieci Byker Grove oraz jako jedna połowa duetu muzycznego PJ & Duncan. Od tego czasu Ant & Dec odnieśli ogromny sukces jako prezenterzy telewizyjni, prowadząc programy takie jak SMTV Live, Friends Like These, Pop Idol, Britain's Got Talent, I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, PokerFace i Push the Button. Wrócili także do aktorstwa, grając w filmie z 2002 roku Tribute to The Likely Lads oraz w filmie z 2006 roku Alien Autopsy.
