Kenichi Kutsuna

Kutsuna Ken'ichi (沓名健一) is a Japanese animator. Mentored under Satoru Utsunomiya, he is one of the three "webgen" group of animators, being one of the first to implement the style and is acknowledged within the industry as one of the most knowledgeable in the field of Japanese animation. He is nicknamed "the sakuga critic."
